Our team has many years of experience in commercial and residential construction, real estate finance, security, farming, and large project planning and has worked for many years on an affordable housing platform that meets the needs of the current market. Our building system is a major part of an overall plan to get affordable housing to the people, PERIOD.
We have chosen some very key strategic partners to move forward with and they have valuable experience in the world of construction, planning, and project implementation and oversight which will help us succeed on a larger scale.
Meet The Players
John Densmore
President and CEO - Mechanical Designer & Project Engineer with over 30 years of experience in multiple technical and operational disciplines in the construction arena. John is an influencer in determining the water clarification systems for the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. John has numerous other notable construction projects in Nevada and beyond. John also worked at Johnson Controls for many years as a project engineer and project manager.
Gary Williams
CTO -Technical Design and Project Administration - Gary is a 25-year security professional that has completed work under contracts for Alcoa Inc, Local and Federal Law Enforcement agencies, and other large and small-scale operations. Mr. Williams has been in the cannabis and hemp spaces for over ten years. During this time, Mr. Williams was also a partner in a cannabis dispensary, grow operation, and extraction facility. Mr. Williams is a contract specialist and has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts for Rockwell Int’l and MacDonnell Douglas Corporations under the B-1B and C-17 subcontracts respectively.
Michael Sherman
Michael “Sherm” Sherman has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Veteran of the Marine Corps. (1970-1976). He is the President of 4kidzSports which is a Non-Profit Organization and Marketing Group and the co-founder of MASH Hemp Products. Each of these companies gives back to the community: A) 4KidzSports helps veteran families and children in need with sports equipment and scholarships. B) The proceeds from the sale of MASH products are donated to groups that support lowering the suicide rate of Veterans and 1st Responders. Sherm studied at Red Rocks Community College to receive a second degree in Photography
