The Concept - It Takes a Special Breed to be a Pioneer:

Create and build a new style, low to no carbon footprint, completely off-grid housing community and healing center, which is veteran based, supports productivity, mental and physical healing, well being, helps the homeless, and retains traditional family values.

 

We will have the community and homeless residents work to build this operation from the ground up to provide a safe and peaceful haven for military veterans, first responders, their families, as well as the homeless population to help them get back on their feet and into a positive and productive environment. We have been planning this program for many years and there will be nothing like it in the world. 

 

Our facilities will cater to people in need and will include a medical care unit and housing in phase 2 of the program to bring in patients that are in need of treatment for cancer and other medical issues. We currently have highly respected doctors, PHD medical experts, nurses and technicians committed to the program to bring proper care for the patients to heal, rehabilitate, and move towards getting their lives back to normal.

Where is This Happening:

We searched far and wide for the right place to make this all happen. We have a number of spots available to us, and have chosen an area in southern Oregon based on the climate, cost of land, proximity to fresh water, and access to the knowledge base for farming that we require for success, as well as access to the drugs and compounds necessary to further our research. This platform is being built in such a way that it can be reproduced in any state or country in the world.

Features of the Community and Facilities:

This Community and associated Facilities are being built in support of the human race and the individuals that make it up. It is based on the idea that a low to no carbon footprint operation will not only benefit the residents, visitors and workers in the community, but the world as a whole. The use of sustainable construction materials and products, coupled with the newest pre-fabrication building technologies makes this community a stand out and an example for others to follow. Some of the planned structure/property features are listed below:

• Planting bamboo wind screens to provide security, privacy, protection

• First structure will be a hybrid hemp adobe dome design with 6 connected rooms

• We will sink thermal pillars which will keep the structure at a temperature of 57 degrees

• Will use a 360 degree solar panel technology to provide the low voltage power we will require

• Windows will be placed in key spaces to help heat the structure

• One of the attached rooms will house an aquaponic grow system to raise fish and feed our indoor gardens

• Will have a working ranch/outdoor farm to provide food for community use and to sell to the public

• The facility will be secured by a 24 hour video security central monitoring system

• Will have a hemp farm either on-site or at a partner farm where we will produce hemp fiber

• All community streets and sidewalks will be poured using hemp adobe/hempcrete technology to alleviate flooding concerns

• We will build a Hemp Cafe that will be open to the public and serve fresh, Infused, healthy meals geared towards healing.

• We will have our own brand of medical cannabis and hemp products grown and manufactured right on-site

The Idea Behind The Healing Hemp Cafe

The Hemp Cafe idea has been in the planning phase for over 5 years and we have a complete and detailed design package for this aspect of the community. Another reason why we are doing this in Oregon is the access we have to alternative and/or supplemental medicines, procedures, doctors and nurses that not only understand standard medicine practices, but also the new alternative practices and how to integrate them to achieve the desired outcome.

Cannabinoid therapy, terpenes, and nutraceuticals have been used for medicinal purposes throughout history. We know that some of these elements can have positive effects on many diseases and other ailments if used properly and scientifically. Through our network of medical professionals, we have designed menus for our Hemp Cafe that are beneficial for not only general health but can be customized to meet the needs of a specific disease. We will even have a Juice and Smoothie Bar where you can have drinks that are designed to deliver the highest quality ingredients (grown on our farms) using only natural processes to provide the patients and customers an all natural drink menu to satisfy a specific taste or even medicinal need.
